Don't go it alone.

The most valuable skill Morgan offers is leadership. As the program director, she met with me weekly to plan, implement and then assess strategies to accomplish our goals. Morgan always has two or three approaches to solving problems. Her optimism for turning a situation around was infectious and kept things fun.
